KPU Receives 1 Public Response To DCS Will Be Boyolali's Legislative Candidate

The General Election Commission (KPU) of Boyolali Regency stated that it received a response report or input regarding the results of the decision on the list of candidates (DCS) for the 2024 legislative candidate from Boyolali. In this case, the public's response is related to the requirements for the candidate in the candidate candidate.

Head of KPU Boyolali Ali Fahrudin said the KPU had sent a letter to the political party aka the political party concerned to clarify.

"The police party still has time until September 7, 2023, to submit the results of the clarification to the KPU. We will receive the results of clarification from political parties from September 1 to 7," Ali said in Boyolali, Wednesday, August 30, quoted by Antara.

Previously, the Boyolali KPU had announced that there would be 454 candidates for local DPRD members from 15 political parties.

"Of the 454 candidates, there are 281 men and 173 women. This means that there are about 30 percent of women's leg representations in Boyolali," he said.

The KPU for the DCS announcement is the next stage of input or public response to the DCS, which ends, on Tuesday, August 28. Then, there is one response from the public that is conveyed to political parties.

Meanwhile, he also conveyed that the permanent electoral list (DPT) in Boyolali Regency, currently, has set 825,630 voters with 3,409 polling stations (TPS) spread across 267 villages and 22 sub-districts.
