DKI Issues SE Appeals For Companies To Implement WFH During The ASEAN Summit
JAKARTA - The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta issued a circular urging companies in the capital to implement work from home (WFH) policies during the 43rd ASEAN Summit in DKI Jakarta on September 4-7, 2023.
"Implementing work through a combination of working at home (workfromhome) and working in the office (workfromoffice) by adjusting the nature and type of work in the preparation period and implementation of the 43rd ASEAN Summit," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Disnakertransgi), Hari Nugrohodi reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 29.
According to Hari, each company can adjust the implementation of the combination of WFH and WFO that will be carried out, so that economic activity can continue and the 43rd ASEAN Summit can also be carried out smoothly.
"It should be informed that traffic engineering will be carried out by opening and closing roads in the areas of the ASEAN Summit (hotel, high-level meeting place)," said Hari.
Previously, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and the Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya implemented traffic engineering on 29 roads during the 43rd ASEAN Summit (KTT) on 5-7 September 2023.
A number of roads that are subject to traffic engineering (traffic) are routes that are crossed by state delegates from lodging to six event locations.
The list of 29 roads affected by traffic engineering during the ASEAN Summit includes Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan MH Thamrin, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jalan HR Rasuna Said and Jalan Imam Bonjol.

Next is Jalan Pintu Satu Senayan, Jalan Asia Afrika, Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Jalan Pattimura, Jalan Trunojoyo and Jalan Gunawarman.
Then Jalan Majapahit, Jalan Ir Juanda, Jalan Veteran III, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, Lingkar Mega Kuningan, Jalan Lingkar SCBD and Jalan Setia Budi Tengah.
