Becoming A Candidate For Vice President Ganjar Pranowo, Andika Perkasa Affirms No Target In The Political World
JAKARTA - Former TNI Commander General (Ret.) Andika Perkasa admitted that he was honored to be one of the candidates for vice president (cawapres) candidates to accompany Ganjar Pranowo.
However, he did not want to bother and chose to leave the decision to the party supporting the Governor of Central Java (Central Java).
This was conveyed in response to his name, which was included as one of the candidates for vice president Ganjar Pranowo. He is on PDIP's radar with another figure, Sandiaga Salahudin Uno, Erick Thohir, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, and Muhaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin.
"That is not my decision. That is the decision of a political party. Anyway, it is ready to be ordered," said Andika, Tuesday, August 29.
Andika agrees that he often communicates with PDIP as a party supporting Ganjar. However, he denied that his conversation with the party bearing the bull symbol was related to his candidacy and the possibility of dealing with the winning team.
Andika feels he doesn't have any targets in his political career after retiring as TNI. "The important thing is that I want to join the national political system," he said.
