KPK Reveals PKH Rice Social Assistance Turns Out Not To Be Distributed
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that the rice social assistance (bansos) from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) had never reached the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program (PKH). In fact, in the process it is suspected that there was a consortium made only for formality.
This was conveyed by KPK Deputy Chairman Alexander Marwata when announcing the suspects in the PKH rice social assistance corruption case. There were six people who were entangled by them were former President Director (Managing Director) of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) Logistics who was also former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M Kuncoro Wibowo (MKW); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada (PTP) Ivo Wongkaren (IW).
Then, the Commercial Director of PT BGR, Budi Susanto (BS); Vice President (VP) Operation of PT BGR, April Chuniawan (AC); Chairman of the Advisory Team of PT PTP, Roni Ramdani (RR); and GM PT PTP, Richard Cahyanto (RC). Alexander said Ivo, Roni, and Richard made a profit of up to tens of billions.
"Never carried out BSB distribution activities at all," Alexander told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, August 23.
Alexander also revealed that Ivo, Richard, and Roni also made the consortium only a formality.

In this case, the KPK revealed that there had been state losses of up to Rp. 127.5 billion. Meanwhile, Ivo, Richard, and Roni received a profit of Rp. 18.8 billion and investigators will still investigate.
The three suspects have been detained at the KPK detention center. Meanwhile, three other suspects, including Kuncoro, have not yet been forced to do so because evidence is still being sought.
Ivo, Roni, and Richard are suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph (1) or Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the 1st Criminal Code.
