3 Corruption Suspects Of PKH Rice Social Assistance Detained By KPK
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has detained three suspects in the corruption case of distributing social assistance (bansos) for the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). This forced effort took effect during the first 20 days.
"Starting from August 23, 2023 to September 11, 2023," said KPK Deputy Chair Alexander Marwata at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, August 23.
Alexander said the three suspects detained were the head of the advisory team of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada Ivo Wongkaren, an advisory team member of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada Roni Ramdani, and General Manager of PT Primalayan Teknologi Persada Richard Cahyanto.
While the other three have not been detained, one of them is the former President Director of PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR) who is also the former President Director of PT Transjakarta, M. Kuncoro Wibowo.
"The three of them were detained at the KPK Detention Center (Rutan)," he said.
In the future, the KPK will ensure that it will detain Kuncoro and two other suspects. However, the process will be carried out after the evidence that ensnares them is sufficient.

Previously reported, the KPK had searched a number of locations to look for evidence related to this case. One of them is the Ministry of Social Affairs Office (Kemensos).
There were a number of documents taken by investigators. Although not detailed, these findings are believed to corroborate the actions of the suspects.
This case is thought to have occurred in 2020-2021. The KPK said this case was the result of a report from the public.
