North Kalimantan Governor Instructs OPD To Acquire APBD Absorption
TARAKAN - Governor of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Zainal Arifin Paliwang instructed regional apparatus organizations (OPD) in Kaltara to spur the realization of the 2023 budget, with the absorption of the APBD to be above 50 percent.
"We are approaching September. The realization of the budget for each OPD should reach 70 percent this August," said ZainalArifin, in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 21.
The governor asked the local Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) to report the progress of the realization of all OPD/Biro Pemprov Kaltara.
"In the remaining time, I remind you to return to work optimally, pursue absorption of APBD spending," said Zainal.

In addition, the Governor of Kaltara also requested that he immediately form a commemoration committee for the 11th Anniversary of Kaltara Province.
"On October 25, we will celebrate Kaltara's birthday, therefore a commemoration committee will soon be formed," he said.
