CCTV Recorded Action Of Persecution Of Minors In Jagakarsa, Victim's Neck Stepped On
JAKARTA - A teenage motorcyclist became a victim of abuse while crossing an alley in the Lenteng Agung area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. The incident was caught on CCTV cameras at the scene.
Based on CCTV camera footage, two motorcyclists were seen passing by. The perpetrator first drove in front of the victim's motorbike. The perpetrator who was riding a motorbike suddenly stopped on the edge of the road alley intercepting the victim's motorbike.
Meanwhile, the motorbike driven by the victim also stopped behind the perpetrator's motorbike. Then the perpetrator immediately got off the motorbike, then approached the victim.
Without talking much, the perpetrator strangled the victim's neck with both hands and slammed the victim to the right until the victim lay helpless on the asphalt. Meanwhile, the perpetrator, who had a bigger body, sat on the victim's body and carried out the persecution.

Jagakarsa Police Chief, Kompol Multazam Lisendra said that the police were not aware of an incident of abuse involving the two teenage motorcyclists.
"Not yet (the report), but we have investigated it. (the perpetrator) we have identified it and the crime scene has been identified," said Kompol Multazam to reporters, Sunday, August 20.
Furthermore, Kompol Multazam suspects that the perpetrator and the victim are minors. This can be seen from the CCTV camera footage.
"The alleged victim and the alleged perpetrator are still minors. The motive is still being investigated." he said.
