Boarding School Founder In Takokak Cianjur Allegedly Obscene 5 Santriwati Accompanied By Threats, Police Examine Witnesses
The police are investigating allegations of sexual abuse of the alleged perpetrators of the Islamic boarding school founder (ponpes) in Cianjur against five underage female students under the pretext of treatment and scientific transfer.
Head of the Cianjur Police Criminal Investigation Unit, Iptu Tono Listianto, said a number of witnesses were questioned regarding the investigation of this case.
"We will summon a number of witnesses for questioning. We will investigate the case because it is suspected that there were more than five victims," he said in Cianjur, West Java, Sunday, August 13, which was confiscated by Antara.
Tono said as many as five female students suspected of being victims of this sexual abuse case had reported the alleged perpetrators to the police. From the report, the founder of the boarding school in Takokak District, Cianjur, has been sexually harassing him for the last few years.
The attorney for the victims, Topan Nugraha, said that there was a threat from the alleged perpetrators, so that only now the female students reported this obscene act to the police.
"Initially we only received reports from three people and increased to five people, possibly continuing to grow because the victim was afraid to report the founder and owner of the boarding school because of various threats," he said.

"We ask that the perpetrators be arrested immediately and we will provide assistance to other victims. They are afraid to report because of the threats of the perpetrators and the trauma experienced by five female students who finally chose to report the perpetrators," he said.
