Grand Theft Auto V Has Sold More Than 185 Million Units Around The World
JAKARTA - Rockstar's parent company, Take-Two Interactive, has revealed that its best-selling franchise, Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V, has sold more than 185 million units worldwide.
Revealed through its latest quarterly fiscal report, T2 states that GTA V has become the history of best-selling games in the United States (US), based on the number of unit sales that have generated US$1 billion (Rp15.2 trillion).
Not only that, the studio is also that other games, franchises from Red Dead Redemption, have sold nearly 79 million units worldwide, with Red Dead Redemption 2 selling more than 55 million units.
On the other hand, Rockstar Games has previously announced that Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare will soon launch to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 for the first time on August 17.
