Not Yet Aired In Indonesia, A24 Confirms Talk To Me Film Sequel
JAKARTA - The production house A24 confirmed that the film Talk to Me will have a continuation of the story. Through social media, a short video shows a hand piece playing with the words 'Coming soon.'
In addition, A24 also wrote, "Calling a sequel" in the post's caption, as a sign that Danny and Michael Philippou's film will continue.
This news was confirmed after Talk to Me scored a box office during its broadcast. Airing last July 28, this film made a debut of 10 million dollars in ticket sales for an independent production house.
The film follows in the footsteps of the film Hereditary which earned 13.6 million dollars during its screening in theaters.
Talk to Me is a film that tells of a group of friends who find a way to summon the spirit. Then they did a fun game until one of them tried to escape the supernatural force.

Positive responses were also achieved when Talk to Me aired in a number of countries, but this film was banned from showing in Kuwait.
In the latest interview, the two directors revealed their plans to work on a prequel story that tells the story of the characters in the original film. They also plan to release this film in the future before confirming that they have started working on the sequel.
Talk to Me is A24's newest franchise after the trilogy X, starring Mia Goth, received a similar response.
