The Panel Of Judges Asked To Present Fact Witnesses, Inara Rusli Will Bring Family Members To Witness
JAKARTA - Inara Rusli and Virgoun's divorce trial was held again at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) today, Wednesday, August 2, with the agenda of proof. The trial will be brief and will resume next week.
Adrianus Agal and Wijayono Hadi Sukrisno alias Kris as Virgoun's attorney said that the panel of judges asked Inara Rusli to complete the evidence by presenting fact witnesses.
"In the trial, the plaintiff has not been able to attach evidence. Therefore, the panel of judges postponed the trial, in order to complete the evidence, they had to attach fact witnesses," said Adrianus Agal when met after the trial.
On the other hand, Arjana Bagaskara as Inara's attorney stated that the evidence presented was complete, but he confirmed that the panel of judges asked him to present a fact witness.
"The evidence is complete. But because there are so many, so every trial must be separated, so that everything doesn't get too much, later it won't focus," said Arjana.
"If (the witness to be presented) is a secret, yes. But what is clear is that the witness is still from the family as well, and the people around him (Inara)," he continued.
Arjana also talked about the connection between the Virgoun police report on the alleged illegal access carried out by Inara and the divorce trial this time. He felt there was a connection between the report and the evidence he presented.

"Yes, there was some evidence that they thought was problematic, in the photo evidence of shoes. Virgoun's attorney said it was evidence in the LP regarding illegal access," said Arjana.
However, Inara Rusli's attorney did not speak in detail about Virgoun's attorney's objection to the evidence presented.
Different from Arjana, Kris stated that there was no direct connection between Virgoun's report and the divorce trial.
"As far as I know there is no (related), it is separate between this criminal case and this divorce. Only if there is connectivity, whether it is taken illegally or not, "concluded Kris, Virgoun's attorney.
