Land Bank Identifys Residents' Land Entering The Archipelago City Airport Area

PENAJAM - The Land Bank Agency has identified the land owned by residents of North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province which is included in the construction area of Naratetama Airport as an infrastructure to support the transportation of the City of Nusantara, the capital city of Indonesia to obtain land for the agrarian reforna program.

"Identification of land owned by residents who enter the airport construction site only helps the Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA)," said North Penajam Paser Regency Land Bank Project Head Syafran Zamzami as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 31.

The Land Bank Agency assisted GTRA to accelerate the rights of the people in the Naratetama Airport construction area to obtain clarity in the distribution of reforma land that had been prepared covering an area of 1,883 hectares.

On an area of 360 hectares as a construction location for Naratetama Airport, there is land owned by residents, so the Land Bank Agency collects data so that residents have clear rights to receive agrarian reform land.

The number of land parcels directed by residents is in the process of analysis and verification, then the Regional Office of the Regional Land Agency (Kanwil BPN) of East Kalimantan will determine the object of the resident's land.

The determination of land objects caused by residents in the Naratetama Airport construction area, he explained, was carried out with the Jenebora, Gresik, Lango Beach, Riko and Maridan Village teams.

"Re-data collection is to support GTRA, because GTRA has the authority to distribute 1,883 hectares of agrarian reform land to residents," he added.

The land for the airport construction area is part of the former business rights (HGU) land of PT Triteknik Kalimantan Abadi (TKA), which is managed by the Land Bank Agency covering an area of 4,162 hectares.

The central government has issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 31 of 2023, as a regulation for accelerating the construction and operation of Naratetama Airport (very imported person/VVIP) for transportation supports for the City of Nusantara.

The Land Bank Agency has also prepared agrarian reform locations, as well as for the benefit of the government, economic equality and national development, including the construction site of Naratetama Airport, protected areas, and toll roads from 4,162 hectares of the managed land.

"Agrarian reform fields prepared covering an area of 1,883 by the Land Bank Agency will be given to residents, and those who have the authority to distribute land for the agrarian reform program to residents are GTRA, chaired by the Regent of North Penajam Paser," said Syafran Zamzami.
