FIFA Field Inspection Will Practice U-17 Pildun In West Java, Ridwan Kamil: God Willing, Qualify

West Java (Jabar) Governor Ridwan Kamil is optimistic that all fields in West Java have passed according to the inspection standards of the International Football Federation (FIFA) which will be held on Sunday, July 30.

The field that will be screened will be used in the U-17 World Cup (Pildun) event either as a field of matches, or a training field.

"FIFA will check the field today, God willing, the field such as Sabaga and Arcamanik will add to the training ground for the U-17 World Cup team, God willing, will pass," said Ridwan Kamil at Gedung Sate Complex, Bandung, Sunday, July 30, which was confiscated by Antara.

He also admitted that he had instructed the relevant ranks to be able to ensure the fields to be used by international activities of the U-17 World Cup according to the standards needed by FIFA.

"I have instructed as well as possible and according to FIFA standards, Si Jalak Harupat Stadium is also safe, God willing, it will pass," he said.

FIFA representatives are scheduled to visit West Java or to be precise in Greater Bandung today, Sunday, July 30.

FIFA will review ITB Field, Sidolig Field, Batununggal Field, IPDN Field, Unpad Field, Arcamanik Stadium, and Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, related to the U-17 World Cup.

On Saturday 29 July, the All-Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) said there were three main points that caught FIFA's attention when inspecting the readiness of stadiums in Indonesia which will be used for the U-17 World Cup.

PSSI Deputy General Chair Ratu Thasha said the three important points from the FIFA inspection were the readiness of the stadium, field management and team services.

For field readiness, including the main fields and training fields. For field management, one of the points of FIFA's attention is the type and condition of grass used in stadiums.

The third point that FIFA pays attention to is the team services, including accommodation for the participants.
