The Psychological Impact Of Love Now In Once A True Love
JAKARTA - Singer and young Indonesian songwriter, Kinigi released an EP (mini album) entitled Once a True Love as well as preparing a special showcase at the Francais Institute of Indonesia Jakarta auditorium on August 9, 2023.
In the EP containing the 4 songs, Kinigi tries to contain the psychological impact of love as a common thread of his work. EP Once a True Love also captures creative changes from Kinigi in his work.
"A short love story, but gives a mark that has an impact on a person's personality and point of view," said Kinigi, quoted from Antara, Thursday.
The singer who was born on September 8, 1997, tries to give her a new color in music by exploring a lot of sound and writing style that sounds fresher. In the song Impossible Now, which is the champion single of EP, Nowgi finds the longing for an old version of someone he now finds.
The song was built slowly from a sad minor progressive Kord piano scroll that depicts towering dark clouds on the backdrop of the song. Its vocals shot gently through the clouds, paving the way for a short kresendo that reached climax in explosive drum rolls that snatched like thunder.
This song distributes the writing of the classic song Kinigi, which always has no problem stretching the structure to maximize the emotions it tries to communicate in a song.
