Junior High School Students In Bengkulu Robbed To Scoopy Raib Motorcycle, Perpetrators Arrested By Police
REJANG LEBONG - Resort Police (Polres) Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu, arrested the perpetrator of a motorcycle robbery or robbery against a junior high school student.
Rejang Lebong Police Chief AKBP Juda Trisno Tampubolon said the suspect in this case was DS (25). Meanwhile, the victim is Aulia Melisa (13) a student who lives in Talang Ulu Village, East Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency.
"The incident occurred on July 5, 2023 at around 15.30 WIB, the suspect was arrested by Curup Police officers a few days ago at his home in Topos District, Lebong Regency," said AKBP Juda Trisno, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 21.
He explained that the suspect DS carried out the robbery of the victim Aulia Melisa along with her friend, who is still being chased by the police.
This incident happened to the victim while riding a Honda Scoopy motorcycle plate BD 3082 FB on a deserted street in Duku Ulu Village, East Curup District.
The victim was intercepted by DS and his partner by threatening the victim with a sharp knife, and then snatching a motorbike and a cell phone belonging to the victim.

Suspect DS was charged with violating Article 365 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code with the threat of nine years in prison.
"Currently, the suspect's colleague with the initials R is being chased by our officers in the field," he said.
