Inara Rusli Prepares Evidence And Expert Witnesses For Next Week's Trial
JAKARTA - Inara Rusli and Virgoun's divorce trial will continue on Tuesday, July 18 next week, with a proof agenda. Inara as the plaintiff will have the opportunity for all the arguments.
In the evidentiary stage later, there are three things that will be presented, namely written evidence, factual witnesses and expert witnesses. Both parties will take turns to prove their respective arguments.
Arjana Bagaskara as Inara Rusli's attorney admitted that he had prepared everything needed for the evidentiary stage. He said the evidence to be presented was complete.
"It's 100 percent for written evidence," said Arjana Bagaskara when met at the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Wednesday, July 12.
Meanwhile, for the fact witnesses and experts who will be presented, Arjana does not want to reveal it in detail. He feels obliged to keep it a secret who will be presented.
Arjana said witnesses were very vulnerable to influence from outside. Therefore, he will keep it a secret who will be a witness and also an expert to the stage of proof.

"We are still keeping that a secret. This witness is very vulnerable to intervention, especially since this is the relationship between marriage, relatives and very close," said Arjana.
"We will keep it a secret until later the proof from the fact witness," he continued.
Arjana also said that she was still studying further regarding the witnesses to be presented. He wants the witnesses presented to really strengthen the argument in his client's lawsuit.
"Consisting the witnesses who will attend is also not easy. Because we have to cross check, when asked if they are cornered, whether they are holding back or not so that the statements can be consistent. Don't harm Mrs. Inara. As a lawyer, that's what we always keep," said Arjana Bagaskara, Inara Rusli's attorney.
