BKKBN Calls Family Theme Films Can Be Used As Effective Media For The Government To Information The Dangers Of Stunting
JAKARTA - The National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) stated that family-themed films can be used as effective media for the government to distribute information related to the dangers of stunting.
"Inspired by the film Unyil, which is loved by children, we must think hard about how we can create something that is in the hearts of the family, not only in the hearts of children," said Head of BKKBN Hasto Wardoyo during an audience with State Film Production (PFN) at the BKKBN Central Jakarta Office, Wednesday, July 12, confiscated by Antara.
Hasto said that stunting is an issue that can be used to invite SOEs to work together to produce films and videos about stunting to be published on various platforms, such as PFN's.
Videos can be inserted in messages such as the dangers of child marriage, the importance of maintaining the health of prospective mothers from adolescence to highlight the provision of good nutritional intake or parenting in the family.
The cooperation that will be established between BKKBN and PFN in improving the quality of families through various information channels, must always innovate following the latest developments related to family and stunting.
Hasto advised that the products produced by PFN-BKKBN must rely on three Javanese philosophys, namely guidance, spectacle, and order.
"The instructions provide education, the spectacle becomes entertainment, and the order conveys regulations that there are rules," he said.

PFN Supervisory Board Rosarita Niken Widiastuti said PFN wanted to collaborate with BKKBN to spread the dangers of children's health problems by providing platforms for the dissemination of information owned by PFN.
Rosarita said the video produced by PFN always collaborates with production houses and their content always pays attention to local cultural wisdom, so that the results obtained are in accordance with the needs of the relevant regions.
"We really brand local culture with local friends throughout Indonesia to produce information that is actually needed by the community or instead set what to be spread on the PFN platform, including related to stunting," he concluded.
