Language Expert Collaborated With The Prosecutor's Office For Cooperation Conversations And Hospital Officials In The Corruption Case Of Sumbawa Hospital
The prosecutor's investigators collaborated with linguists to investigate indications of corruption in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) at the Sumbawa Regional General Hospital (RSUD), West Nusa Tenggara, for the 2022 fiscal year.
"Today we ask for information from linguists to dissect the conversation between partners and hospital officials," said Head of Intelligence at the Sumbawa Attorney General's Office, Putu Juliartana, as reported by ANTARA, Monday, July 10.
The indications traced in the conversation, he explained, were related to allegations of gratification in the management of BLUD funds.
"Does it contain elements of gratification in the conversation? This is what investigators want to see," he said.
In investigating this case, the prosecutor's office has conducted a marathon examination of a number of project implementing partners. Information from partners was convinced by Agung as an examination material by linguists.
He did not deny that the series of examinations of the project's implementing partners had seized a lot of time for investigations, given that there were 883 work items that were suspected of having problems.

Agung said his party was still coordinating with state loss audit experts. In this case, from institutions that have accreditation in calculating state losses, one of which is BPKP Representative NTB.
In investigating this case, the prosecutor previously found allegations of misappropriation of BLUD funds for the 2022 fiscal year from 883 work items. One of them is related to the payment of health services (jaspelkes).
Especially for Jaspelkes in the three-month period from October to December 2022, there were arrears in payments of Rp. 10.5 billion.
