Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution Offers Health Investment To Singaporean Minister
Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution offered an investment, especially in the health sector, to the Minister of Education and Foreign Affairs, Mohamad Maliki bin Osman.
The offer was delivered directly by the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution when he received a visit from Mohamad Maliki bin Osman at Tjong A Fie's house on Jalan Ahmad Yani Medan, Monday (10/7).
The presence of the Minister at the Prime Minister's office, the Second Minister of Education and Foreign Affairs of Singapore Mohamad Maliki bin Osman together with the wife of Sadiah bint Shahal and his entourage were warmly welcomed by the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution with the Chairman of the Medan City PKK TP Kahiyang Ayu.
During the meeting, Bobby Nasution conveyed a number of programs currently being developed by the Medan City Government, one of which was the "medical tourism" program.
Through this program, Bobby wants Medan City to become one of the destination cities for tourism for medical services for the community and tourists.
"To support this medical tourism program, we continue to strive to develop health facilities in the city of Medan, one of which is by providing convenience in investing, especially in the health sector. So entrepreneurs in the health sector in Singapore can invest in the city of Medan," said Bobby Nasution.
Bobby apologized because the traffic flow in Medan City experienced a bit of traffic jams due to the construction being carried out.
Currently, the Medan City Government is fixing the heritage area in the city of Medan, one of which is the Kesawan area to be used as a center for the development of MSMEs.
"Many heritage areas are currently being restored to restore their functions, specifically for Kesawan, we want to make MSME retail centers such as shopping street so that they can attract tourists to visit. Hopefully it can be completed soon," said Bobby Nasution.
As a form of respect, the Mayor of Medan also attached the middle of Malay to the Minister at the Prime Minister's office, the Second Minister of Education and Foreign Affairs of Singapore Mohamad Maliki bin Osman.

Mohamad Maliki bin Osman revealed that Singapore is one of the largest investors in Indonesia, including in North Sumatra Province.
For this reason, he believes that there will be many more Singaporean investors who want to invest in the city of Medan, especially investment in the health sector.
"We will continue to support Indonesia's progress. Because as a neighboring country, Indonesia's glory is Singapore's glory too," he said.
