Ganjar Pranowo: Village Financial Assistance Don't Be Corruptioned
Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, gave directions to the Rembang Regency Village Apparatus Association (PPDI) administrators who will be sworn in for the 2023-2028 term.
Ganjar emphasized that village financial assistance should not be corrupted. Ganjar also emphasized that there should be no extortion for any development carried out in the village.
Ganjar said that at least the financial assistance disbursed for villages this year reached Rp1.7 trillion, which was prioritized to accelerate the reduction in extreme poverty and development in villages.
"We have disbursed at least Rp1.7 trillion in our budget to the village. I entrust it to manage well for the people, one should not be corrupted, there should be no extortion, the report is fast on schedule. If it is difficult, we are ready to assist," said Ganjar in Talangsari Village, Sulang District, Rembang Regency, Monday 10 July.
The Governor of Central Java for two periods added that the acceleration of extreme poverty alleviation in Central Java is a pilot project by paying attention to existing indicators.
For Rembang Regency, a total of 61 villages are categorized as extreme poor. Of this figure, extreme poverty alleviation is prioritized to build uninhabitable houses (RTLH). Ganjar also targets the construction of 3,000 units of RTLH in Rembang this year.
In addition, Ganjar also encouraged village officials to boost the reduction in stunting rates in Rembang, which is currently at 13 percent using village financial assistance.
"These two are priority and conveyed so that village officials and village heads are compact. The data has already been treated, only progress has been carried out. If there is difficulty, the regent helps me help so that I can speed things up," explained Ganjar.
Ganjar hopes that village officials, village heads, sub-district heads, regents and all Forkopimda ranks can continue to coordinate so that the problems in the village can be resolved.

Therefore, Ganjar constantly encourages the creation of innovations from village heads who have provided a lot of inspiration to the government.
Ganjar stated that the Central Java Provincial Government is ready to assist and assist village administrators in the process of alleviating extreme poverty and stunting.
"We hope that development in the village will be faster than that. Of course, we also see a lot of innovations in the village that are very inspiring and that can be transmitted," said Ganjar.
For information, on that occasion Ganjar also distributed National Health Insurance (JKN) assistance and scholarships for Rembang Regency worth IDR 362.5 million.
