FPI Masses Asked To Be Patient, Whether Al Zaytun Is Closed Or Not, The Government Will Give Decisions

JAKARTA - Representatives from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) came to meet the 266 mass demonstrations with the demand to revoke permits and permanent closure of Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School and disband Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School.

The representative of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion immediately boarded the command car and provided information on the results of the FPI meeting with the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The representative of the Ministry of Home Affairs boarded the command car and conveyed the points of the brief meeting.

"The Ministry of Home Affairs is waiting for an official decision from the government regarding Al Zaytun," he briefly said from the top of the command car, Monday, June 26.

Meanwhile, the arrival of Habib Bahar bin Smith and representatives from the Ministry of Home Affairs also closed the 266 action with the demand to revoke the permit and permanently close the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School and disband Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School at the Ministry of Home Affairs Office, Central Jakarta.

Hundreds of masses of 266 action then returned to carry out a long march towards the Office of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs to continue the oration.
