It Turns Out That The Seller Of Fake Tickets For The Indonesia Vs Argentina Match Is Working At The Tangerang Government Office

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tanah Abang Metro Police is still investigating 4 perpetrators of fake ticket fraud for the Indonesian national team vs. Argentina national team football match. The perpetrators with the initials WH (26), H (20), AS (21) and IA (25). The perpetrators with the initials WH (26) are known to work in Tangerang Transportation.

"From the results of the examination, the main actor had the initials WH who was the mastermind of a fake ticket. From the perpetrator's confession that he worked as an employee of the Tangerang Transportation contract," said Tanah Abang Metro Police Chief, Kompol Patar Mula Bona when confirmed, Monday, June 19.

Kompol Bona said the perpetrator's mode of selling the ball ticket was by buying 11 original tickets. Then the original ticket was faked by being scanned which was then printed similar to the original.

"The disclosure of this ticket case began when there was a report that the victim was cheated when exchanging tickets, it turned out that the ticket that was purchased had been used. Because he felt cheated, the victim then reported the incident. There were 4 victims," he said.

As a result of their actions, the perpetrators were charged with multiple articles, namely the ITE Law, Article 378, 372 with a penalty of 5 years in prison.

Meanwhile, the Tanah Abang Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit is still developing the perpetrators.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, Kompol Kukuh Islami, added that the motive for fraudulent sales of Indonesian vs Argentina tickets was only for profit. Previously, the perpetrators had attempted entry in several matches by only buying 1 ticket.

"Several times he tried when he bought tickets in several matches, he bought real tickets and then his friend wanted to enter and then he gave his barcode and succeeded. From there he had the intention to double or fake tickets," he said.
