Conditions Are Getting Better, The Cause Of Asri Welas Children Alami Kejang Is Not Known
JAKARTA - The son of Asri Welas, Rayyan Gibran Ridha Rahardja, experienced a step or seizure and was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday, June 14 yesterday. Currently, Gibran is said to be getting better.
After entering the ER (Emergency Installation) and undergoing intensive care in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Asri Welas said that her child had been transferred to the inpatient room.
"He has been hospitalized, he has also eaten, has taken milk, has talked, everything has been done," said Asri Welas to the media crew at Meilia Cibubur Hospital, Friday, June 16.
Based on an explanation from the team of doctors who treated Gibran, Asri Welas' child only stopped from having a seizure when he was put on a ventilator and given medicine. After conditions improved, Gibran's respiratory system has also returned to normal.
Based on the examination of the team of doctors, Gibran had experienced bleeding in his stomach, but now his condition is getting better.
Furthermore, from laboratory examinations, Gibran is known to have an infection due to bacteria whose species are not yet known. The Asri Welas child will also undergo a CT scan for further examination.

Although there is a possibility of a convulsion experienced by Gibran due to an infection, the team of doctors could not confirm the cause of the disease before further examination.
"The cause of the seizure is either from the infection or not, we are still tracking it. A CT scan is needed if the child's condition is stable. So we are scheduling it for CT Scan," said one doctor at Meilia Hospital Cibubur.
Asri Welas also expressed his hope for Gibran's recovery, and thanked him for the prayers from many parties for his son.
"I think yesterday I can't imagine anymore, really Allah is very kind to Asri. Thank you for praying, hopefully we can get through this and hopefully get well soon," concluded Asri Welas.
