2 Kg Of Crystal Methamphetamine Courier Police In West Sulawesi Disrespectful Fired
MAMUJU - A member of the Polewali Mandar Police, West Sulawesi, a courier of two kilograms of methamphetamine was dishonorably dismissed.
Head of the Profession and Security Division of the West Sulawesi Regional Police, Kombes Budi Yadantara, said that the dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) of Brigadier HA with the last position of Babinkamtibmas Kuajang Village, Binuang Police, Polewali Mandar, was through a code of ethics trial.
"The code of ethics trial which will be held from June 14-15, 2023, based on the leadership's consideration for the violations committed by Brigadier HA was decided by PTDH," said Budi Yudantara who is also the Chairman of the Police Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 16.
The basis for PTDH's decision against Brigadier HA is LP-A/17/VI/2023/Bidpropam, dated June 5, 2023 regarding alleged violations of the Police Professional Code of Ethics.
Brigadier HA is suspected of violating Article 13 paragraph (1) subsidiary Article 14 paragraph (1) letter b Government Regulation Number 1 of 2003 concerning Dismissal of Police Members in conjunction with Article 8 letter (c) number 1 and Article 13 letter e of Police Regulation Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Police Code of Ethics Commission.
