Directorate General Of Housing Disbursed Programs To Support IKN
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Directorate General of Housing revealed a number of housing development programs in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) in East Kalimantan.
The Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, said that the form of support for IKN development in the 2023 Fiscal Year (TA) was in the form of Construction Worker Residential (HPK) at IKN which was built in multi-year contract (MYC) 2022-2023 as many as 22 towers or 1,072 units. The value of the construction budget is IDR 596.52 billion.
"The existence of a cellphone at IKN can later become a proper place to live for construction workers. We also want workers not to live together and of course with a comfortable environment, so the results of development can be of higher quality," said Iwan in a Hearing Meeting (RDP) at the DPR RI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, June 13.
Program selanjutnya adalah pembangunan Rumah Tapak Menteri yang dilaksanakan secara MYC 2022-2024 sebanyak 36 unit dengan anggaran Rp520,46 miliar.
Until now, the Directorate General of Housing is building an example house in Persil 105 and the Development of Plant Nursery for reforestation.

Furthermore, said Iwan, his party also encourages the construction of 47 flats for ASN and Hankan housing. Currently, 47 flat towers are being packaged as many as 6 packages.
"The number of Ministerial Tapak Houses to be built in Persil 105 is 12 units on 9.1 Ha and Persil 104 as many as 24 units on 10.6 Ha land," he added.
