Acting Governor Of DKI: TransJakarta Services To Soetta Airport Not To Be Public
JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono said the TransJakarta service to Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta) was not for the general public, but only airport employees.
"Again, the Transportation Service discussed it. Meanwhile, not for the public, only for employees (airports) who want to go home at night," said Heru at the Industrial Development Job Training Center (PPKPI), Pasar Rebo, Ciracas, East Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, June 8.
According to Heru, this decision was made temporarily during the service trial. Meanwhile, the general public who wants to use public transportation to Soetta Airport can take advantage of Damri buses.
"Yes, this is a trial. There are still Damri and others. It will be synchronized later," said Heru.
The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) reviewed the TransJakarta bus service to Soetta Airport, which is specifically planned for employees working around the international airport.
"The tariff is currently being studied, we also provide TransJakarta buses, ideally which ones will provide services are being studied," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service (Dishub) Syafrin Liputo to reporters quoted on Tuesday (6/6).

In addition, Syafrin said, the TransJakarta bus operation time will be adjusted to employee working hours.
Meanwhile, the management of PT Transport Jakarta (TransJakarta) is in the process of reviewing the provision of services until the route reaches Soekarno-Hatta Airport which is specifically planned for airport employees.
"Yes, not only Angkasa Pura, airport workers.
