Woman's Body Found Wrapped In Plastic In Cijerah Bandung Contract
BANDUNG - Inafis officers from the Bandung Police evacuated a corpse suspected of being a woman wrapped in plastic in a rented house in the Cijerah area, Bandung City, West Java.
Head of the Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKBP Agah Sonjaya, has not yet identified the identity of the victim wrapped in plastic. The police have taken the body to the Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Hospital for examination purposes.
"So this is indeed the discovery of a corpse, in this rented house," said Agah when met at the location reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 7.
The victim's rented plot is in a narrow alley called Gang Famili, Cibuntu Village, Bandung City. The police installed a police line from the building entering the alley to the crime scene.
The discovery of the corpse stems from reports from residents who smelled an unpleasant odor around the rented house, then the police came to the location to conduct an examination.

After finding the plastic package, the police conducted an initial crime scene inspection for approximately 1 hour and evacuated the body to an ambulance, then to the hospital.
However, during the initial examination, according to Agah, the Inafis officer did not open the plastic package. According to him, the opening of the plastic package allegedly containing the corpse will be carried out at the hospital.
"We decided to open it in this package. We opened it at the hospital to maintain the integrity of the body," said Atah.
