JAKARTA - PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KAI Commuter) evaluated the delay in commuter line travel on the first day of the 2023 Railway Travel Graphics (Gapeka).

"From observations in the field, in the adjustment of the trip according to Gapeka 2023, until 12.00 WIB, the total delay in commuterline travel was recorded with an average of 6 minutes and the average delay in arrival time was 7.6 minutes," said VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter Anne Purba as reported by ANTARA.

Meanwhile, the average delay in Commuter Line Rangkasbitung's journey is 1.8 minutes and the average delay in travel arrivals is 3.4 minutes," he said.

"KAI Commuter apologizes for the slowdown in commuterline travel on the first day of the implementation of Gapeka 2023. KAI Commuter will also continue to evaluate the operation of commuterline trips so that services return to normal," said Anne.

Bogor Station recorded 14,011 people who rose and 27,285 people who disembarked. Meanwhile, Tanah Abang Station and Jakarta City Station as destination stations were recorded as 26,469 users and 12,540 people.
