Efficiency In Document Sending Fees Up To 80 Percent, MA Collaborates With PT Pos
PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is collaborating with the Supreme Court (MA) to handle the submission of registered letter documents from all judicial agencies under the Supreme Court through the Pos network throughout Indonesia. This collaboration is also a step of efficiency in the cost of sending documents.
The signing of the cooperation between the Supreme Court and Pos Indonesia was carried out at Pointlab CoWorking Space Pos Indonesia, Jakarta, Monday, May 22.
Head of the Legal and Public Relations Bureau of the Administration Affairs Agency of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Sobandi said that through this collaboration, the Supreme Court agreed to use the Pos Indonesia expedition service for sending registered letter documents.
Such as a court summons and a letter of content of the court's decision. This cooperation applies throughout Indonesia to all judicial agencies under the Supreme Court with the Pasukan Post Office, namely the Post Office which is equivalent to the district/city and provincial levels," he said.
Furthermore, Sobandi revealed that the advantage of this collaboration is efficiency in terms of cheaper document delivery costs of up to 80 percent.
For example, said Sobandi, the cost of sending one relay or summons for the trial reached Rp. 100,000 for the city.
"But with the Post Office only Rp. 14,000. So through this collaboration, we cut the amount of rupiah for the public to pay the court's court fees. If it is Rp. 100,000 to Rp. 14,000, it means 80 percent. For the overall fee, it could be 50 or 60 percent," he said.
Meanwhile, Director of Courier & Logistics Business Pos Indonesia Siti Choiriana said that through this collaboration, later the Supreme Court will utilize post-Indonesian Postal Services such as Post Sameday, Post Nextday, and Regular Posts which are currently available in regencies and provinces in Indonesia.
The cooperation also includes pick up service and report or dashboard services. Through this reporting or dashboard service, customers can track down to find out the current position of the letter sent," he said.
Furthermore, Ana, Siti Choiriana's nickname, said that this collaboration was proof of the Supreme Court's trust in Pos Indonesia to handle document shipments.
The document has a very important level of information, so it is necessary to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery process is carried out on schedule.
"We Pos Indonesia have three services that can cover all customer needs. Sameday's post, for example, a service that guarantees delivery until the same day. Also the Post Nextday service with guarantees until the next day," he said.
Currently, Ana continued, Pos Indonesia has a fairly wide network, either nationally or internationally.
In Indonesia Pos Indonesia has 42 Main Branch Offices, 168 Branch Offices, and 4,308 Sub-Branch Offices.
