This Is Bank Muamalat's Way Of Dongkrak Fee Based Income
JAKARTA - PT Bank Muamalat Tbk is said to be targeting an increase in fee-based income for this year by organizing a prize transaction program.
Bank Muamalat President Director Indra Falatehan said this program is also a form of appreciation to customers and part of a series of celebrations of the company's 31st anniversary.
"We continue to innovate and improve features on debit cards. One of them is that it can be used for online transactions," he said when met in Jakarta on Friday, May 12.
According to Indra, this progrant applies to all Bank Muamalat customers except those in the Kuala Lumpur branch, Malaysia.
"Through this program, we are optimistic that the volume and number of debit card transactions can increase," he continued.
Indra explained, the program period starts from May 1 to October 31, 2023. It is said that Bank Muamalat's debit card can not only be used for offline transactions via EDCmerchant or online (e-commerceonline shop) as well as cash withdrawals across VISA networks at home and abroad.

Indra added that the security feature in the online debit of the Shar-E card has been certified by VISA (Verified by VISA Secure Code). He said, the transaction security in this feature uses 3D Secure technology with the validation of One Time Password (OTP) in the form of a 6-digit PIN sent via SMS. OTP's goal is to ensure transaction security between merchants and customers as if the two are transacting face-to-face.
"Kam wants to emphasize the values that have been a foothold for the last 31 years, namely being a bank that is always at the forefront of innovation, being resilient in facing economic challenges, and being trusted in maintaining trust and providing the best service to customers and the community," he concluded.
