Polda Metro Again Hands Over Mario Dandy's Case Files
Polda Metro Jaya has again transferred the case file for the case of David Ozora's persecution to the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, today.
The case file was originally declared incomplete by the research prosecutor, both formal and material.
"Yes, that's right (transmitted, red) today to the DKI Prosecutor's Office," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when confirmed, Wednesday, May 10.
With the re-delegation, the research prosecutor will examine the completeness again. If declared complete, then the investigator must immediately hand over the suspect and evidence.
Meanwhile, the case file for Mario Dandy Satriyo was returned by the DKI High Prosecutor's Office because it was deemed incomplete on March 21.
In this case, Mario Dandy Satriyo is one of three suspects. He has brutally abused David Ozora.

However, the trial process is not over yet. This is because the perpetrator of the child filed an appeal against the decision.
