Ganjar Pranowo Gets The Most Votes In The 30 Provincial People's Consultative Assembly
The People's Consultative Assembly held in 30 provinces has determined the names of the three presidential candidates that will be proposed to President Joko Widodo at the Puncak Musra event, Sunday, May 14 at Istora Senayan.
Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo is ranked first with the most votes.
In a press conference, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the People's Consultative Council (Musra) Andi Gani Nena Wea read out three names that entered the top three presidential readings, namely Ganjar Pranowo, General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party as well as Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto, and General Chair of the Golkar Party as well as Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto.
"According to the order, Mr. Ganjar Pranowo is ranked first," Andi said in his statement, Monday, May 8.
Andi said that his party would hand over the three names without ranking to President Joko Widodo.

However, most of Jokowi's volunteers have decided to support Pak Ganjar, although there are also those who support Prabowo and others.

However, Andi stated that he would respect any choice of Jokowi and volunteers agreeing to wait for President Joko Widodo's instructions.
