Together With The NTB Prosecutor's Office, The Prosecutor's Office Holds A BLUD Corruption Case At The Sumbawa Hospital
SUMBAWA - Special Criminal Investigators of the Sumbawa District Attorney's Office (Kejari) conducted a case of alleged corruption in the management of funds from the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of the Sumbawa Hospital in 2022 with the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).
Head of Intelligence Section of the Sumbawa District Attorney's Office, Putu Juliartana Putra, said the title of the case took place at the NTB Prosecutor's Office Building.
"Yes, today the Head of Special Investigation Unit of the Sumbawa Kejari together with the investigative team conducted a case at the NTB Prosecutor's Office regarding the continued handling of the BLUD case," Agung said by telephone, Thursday, May 4, as reported by Antara.
In investigating this case, it was revealed that there were allegations of misappropriation of BLUD funds from 883 work items. One of them is related to the payment of health services (jaspelkes).
"That's one of them (jaspelkes) which he said has not paid yet," he said.

Especially for Jaspelkes in the three-month period from October to December 2022, there were arrears in payments of Rp. 10.5 billion.
Therefore, he explained, the potential state loss that had previously been submitted with a value of Rp. 1.6 billion had the opportunity to increase.
To ensure this, Agung said that his party still had to wait for the results of the audit from experts. In this case, from institutions that have accreditation in calculating state losses, one of which is BPKP Representative NTB.
"With BPKP we are still coordinating. In the near future we will submit an official request for an audit," he concluded.
