Bareskrim Ultimatum Dito Mahendra, Present For Examination Or Entering DPO!
The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police gave an ultimatum to Mahendra Dito Sampurno alias Dito Mahendra to put him on the People's Wanted List (DPO) if he again failed to fulfill the summons for examination as a suspect in the alleged illegal possession of firearms (senpi) case.
Dito Mahendra was originally never present when asked to come to the Criminal Investigation Unit to provide information. Either as a witness or a suspect.
"Investigators have made the first summons and Brother Dito was not present. So investigators have made a second summons and the summons for tomorrow Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 10.00 WIB," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Monday, May 1.
Investigators have submitted a summons for examination of Dito. However, no reply has been received regarding confirmation of attendance, either from Dito Mahendra or his attorney.
So, Bareskrim firmly gave an ultimatum to Dito Mahendra. If he is not present, then, he will be included in the National Police's DPO.
"But tomorrow, if (Dito Mahendra) is not present, investigators will issue a DPO for the wanted list for the person concerned," said Ramadhan.
For information, Dito Mahendra has been named a suspect in the illegal possession case.

Firearms that were declared illegal include a Clock 17, S&W Revolver, a 19 Zev Clock pistol, and an Angstatd Arms pistol.
Then, the Noveske Reflections, AK 101, the Heckler & Koch G 36 rifle, the Heckler & Koch MP 5 pistol, and the Walther air rifle.
In this case, Dito Mahendra is threatened with life imprisonment or 20 years. Dito can be charged with Emergency Law number 12 of 1951.
