Airlangga Ensures KIB Is Not Affected By The Candidate For Ganjar PDIP
JAKARTA - Golkar Party Chairman Airlangga Hartarto ensured that the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) formed by Golkar-PAN-PPP was not affected by the announcement of Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate (candidate) from PDIP.
According to Airlangga, the nomination of presidential candidates is the domain of each party or coalition of political parties.
"Yes, each political party has its own presidential candidate, it's normal," said Airlangga after Eid al-Fitr 1 Syawal 1444 Hijri with the big family of the Golkar Party, at the Ainul Hikmah Mosque, Golkar Party DPP Office, Slipi, West Jakarta, Saturday 22 April.
Airlangga also emphasized that KIB is still solid and continues to build intensive communication. What is clear is that KIB already has a ticket to carry the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs in the 2024 presidential election.
"KIB continues to communicate smoothly, thank God," said Airlangga.
Airlangga said KIB also continues to build communication with Gerindra and PKB who are members of the Greater Indonesia Awakening Coalition (KKIR) to build the Grand Coalition. According to him, after Lebaran, the Great Coalition will be discussed in depth with five general chairmen who are members of KIB and KKIR.
