This Chinese Supercar Can Drive On Three Wheels And Dance
JAKARTA - The electric car company from China, BYD has officially launched the latest model of the latest electric-powered supercar, the U9 EV under the auspices of the luxury sub-brand, Yangwang.
The U9 EV is built on BYD's latest platform, the e⁴ platform which can display the vehicle body control system, named DiSus which is claimed to be "the most advanced in the global industry".
Reporting from Electrek, Monday, April 10, 2023, with the DiSus system this car can raise and lower the car body in an extraordinary way. BYD has shown the U9 "dance" at the launch of this technology, a week before the Shanghai Auto Show.
BYD's latest technology was demonstrated on the U9 and will likely come to other models in the future in models under the Yangwang sub-brand.
Beyond the car's ability to raise and lower the car with quick response, the Yangwang U9 supercar will be equipped with the DiSus-X system. This system can make the car like "dancing", driving on three wheels, and can even jump.
The supercar is equipped with a quad motor, which can make this car accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds. They fix the price on the Yangwang U9 for 150,000 US dollars or around IDR 2.23 billion.
