TBG Cawapres 2024, Hary Tanoe: Perindo Has Never Said That
JAKARTA - The Perindo Party rejected offering the former Governor of West Nusa Tenggara Muhammad Zainul Majdi alias Tuan Guru Bajang (TGB) as a candidate for vice president (Cawapres) 2024 for a major coalition. Chairman of the Perindo Party Hary Tanoesoedibjo when visiting the Golkar Party DPP office in Slipi, West Jakarta, Monday 10 April said that regarding the name TGB to be a vice presidential candidate has never been raised from the Central DPP. "I think Perindo's party has never said that, but it must be underlined on time Mr. TGB many around several provinces have proposed that. But everything is repeated to the big coalition that will decide later," said Hary Tanoe. He said, related to the Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidates is entirely dependent on decisions with the major coalition. "Later, if the problem of presidential and vice presidential candidates will depend on the Grand Coalition," added Hary Tanoe. Hary Tanoe assessed, the need for a large coalition to discuss how in the future can work together politically. "The grand coalition, of course, is very important in maintaining the continuity of the Unitary of the Republic of Indonesia, in particular, the programs that have been built by our president, Mr. Jokowi," said Hary. Meanwhile, Ketum Golkar Airlangga then mentioned the issue of building a major coalition ahead of the 2024 election. The big coalition is very necessary so that we can break through the existing challenges. Political stability is important and it can be achieved if the ketum-ketum of the communication party is good and smooth," said Airlangga. Previously, on Monday 10 April, a number of elites from the Perindo Party visited the office of the Golkar Party DPP in Slipi, West Jakarta. The Hary Tanoe group arrived at 15.51 WIB.
