AG Not Present At Verdict Hearing Later, According To SPPA Law
JAKARTA - AG's attorney, Mangatta Toding Allo, said that his client, AG (15) will not attend the verdict hearing which will be held on Monday, March 10 at the South Jakarta (Jaksel) District Court.
"Our client will not be presented because the Juvenile Criminal Justice System Law (SPPA) also states so," explained Mangatta Toding Allo at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, April 5.
At the trial, this afternoon at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, March 5, AG was accompanied by her family, namely her mother, and guardian.
Mangatta detailed that his party would be cooperative in participating in the trial until the end when the prosecutor's demands on AG were to undergo coaching at a special children's development institution (LPKA) for four years.
Moreover, his party will provide a response to these demands through a memorandum of defense or pledoi for consideration by the assembly tomorrow, Thursday 5 April.

"From the prosecutor's side it seems that they have not paid enough attention to witnesses and experts in a comprehensive manner, especially juvenile criminal experts, forensic psychologists, and some of our other notes," he added.
Later, the defense will be presented by AG's legal advisory team, according to the client's storyline and surveillance camera (CCTV) evidence.
