CCTV Facts Deemed Inappropriate With Demands, Attorney Says AG Needs To Get Justice
JAKARTA - AG's attorney, Mangatta Toding, said that he would straighten out the facts regarding the demands of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) through a pledoi tomorrow at the South Jakarta District Court (PN), Thursday, April 6. According to him, the public prosecutor paid little attention to some of the expert witness testimony in criminal and forensic psychology submitted by AG's legal team.
"There are definitely a lot of facts that we will straighten out tomorrow. It seems that the prosecutor does not pay enough attention to witnesses and experts in a comprehensive manner, especially the juvenile criminal expert we have proposed, a forensic psychologist," Mangatta told reporters, Wednesday, April 5.
Furthermore, in tomorrow's memorandum of defense, he will convey about CCTV evidence which, in his opinion, does not match the prosecutor's demands.

"We repeatedly presented the CCTV evidence to the judge at yesterday's trial, and actually some of the CCTV facts did not match the demands," he said.
He hopes that even though AG has the status of a child in conflict with the law, according to him, she still has the right to get justice.
"We are also very cooperative, you guys can see the process, we always convey what we have to convey, so we hope for justice for all, including for young AG and David," he concluded.
