DKI DPRD Says Jakpro Has Commissioner For Acting President Director, Who?
JAKARTA - Member of Commission C DPRD DKI Jakarta S. Andyka said there was one official Commissioner of PT Jakarta Propertindo who acted as President Director (Managing Director) at the DKI BUMD.
This was revealed by Andyka in a meeting of Commission C of the DKI DPRD with the ranks of the DKI Provincial Government and BUMD DKI, yesterday. When confirmed, Andyka said that he got this from the report received. However, Andyka did not mention who the Commissioner of the Jakpro President Director was.
"I'm just saying that there is a President Director in Jakpro. I didn't mention his name (in the meeting," Andyka told reporters, Wednesday, April 4.
In the composition of Jakpro Commissioners, the President Commissioner is filled by former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Hamdan Zoelva. Then, there are three other commissioners held by former Agggota of the DKI DPRD Nurmansjah Lubis, Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs Suhajar Diantoro, Assistant Government of the DKI Regional Secretary Sigit Wijatmoko, and former President Director of Jakpro Dwi Wahyu Daryoto.
Andyka sees this condition as unjustified. According to him, there are clear differences in the duties of commissioners and directors. The director is the official in charge of the company, while the commissioner is the party that oversees the responsibility.
"Commissioners should provide input, give considerations, but they cannot intervene regarding technical issues. This means that they return to their respective main duties and functions. Don't overlap," said Andyka.

The problem is that the phenomenon of commissioners feels like the president director in Jakpro actually hinders the wheels of the regional company. The reason is too much intervention.
One of them is the Sunter Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) project, which has not yet been developed. In fact, this waste processing facility into electrical energy was initiated many years ago.
"This ITF must run optimally. It has been implemented as well. Even the process is through the parent regulation. But it turns out that it has been repeated and there is no clarity at this time. Why? Because there is excessive intervention from the commissioner," he said.
