Okky Bisma Sriwijaya Air Stewardess SJ-182 In The Eyes Of His Colleagues: Famous For Being Funny, Likes To Entertain
JAKARTA - The body of Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 steward who fell in the waters of the Thousand Islands, Okky Bisma, has been buried in the Condet area, East Jakarta.
On the sidelines of the funeral, his colleague Tiwuk Dwi Yulianti who is the Chief Fliht Attendant of Sriwijaya Air said that Okky was a humorous figure because he often entertained his friends.
"Okky, this steward is known for being funny among his friends who likes to entertain," Tiwuk told reporters in Jakarta, Thursday, January 14.
Apart from being a frequent entertainer, Okky is remembered as a person who often helps his colleagues. "He's a diligent person who is ready to help his friends, especially for operational tasks," said Tiwuk.
Not only that, Okky is also a person who is always professional with his work. This is proven because until his last assignment, he never had any bad records.
He felt lost at Okky's sudden departure. "We really feel that we miss our best steward. Hopefully Okky can be accepted by Allah with his acts of worship and this incident will not happen again," he said.
Besides Tiwuk, another Sriwijaya Air steward, Hildanta, also said that Okky was a humorous figure because he often threw jokes that made the atmosphere come alive again in the midst of their busy work.
"When we work he is a humorous figure, likes to joke. Our condition is stressful, again tired of the deceased giving his jokes so that the initial atmosphere may not be good, tired of being alive again," he said.
Previously reported, Okky Bisma became one of the crew of the unlucky Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 which crashed in the waters of the Thousand Islands. He became the first passenger who was identified by fingerprints on the body parts found by the SAR team around the scene.
Previously, the Sriwijaya Air SJ-182 plane on the Jakarta-Pontianak route had lost contact in the Thousand Islands shortly after taking off from Soekarno Hatta Airport on Saturday, January 9, 2020. Furthermore, the authorities provided certainty if the plane crashed in the vicinity of Laki and Pulau Lancang, Thousand Islands.
The total aircraft carried 62 people, including 12 crew members and 50 passengers consisting of 40 adult passengers, seven children and three babies.
Apart from Okky, currently five other people have been identified. They are Fadly Satrianto, Khasanah, Asy Hasbul Yamin, Agus Minarni, and Indah Halimah Putri.
