A Russian Who Was Viral for Riding a Lamborghini in Bali is Already Abroad, Delinquent in Taxes of IDR 104 Million
DENPASAR - Russian citizen, Sergei Domogotsky, who went viral driving a Lamborghini with his own modified name plate, apparently has left Bali. These foreigners were detected in Abu Dhabi or in Dubai.
"Sergie is in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, I'm afraid he will come," said Bali Police Criminal Investigation Director (Wadir) Adjunct Senior Commissioner of Police (AKBP) Suratno, Monday, March 13.
The police continued to summon Sergei regarding the Lamborghini that was secured at the Bali Police Headquarters. The car has been tax delinquent for a year.
"In taxes, IDR 104 million is in arrears, it's been one year. The name Domogotsky turned out to be the last name of Sergei, a Russian citizen, which we are still investigating, did he own (Lamborghini), did he rent it," he added.

The Bali Police will also summon representatives of PT Eco Sinergi Teknologi in Bandung, West Java. The name of the car owner is registered in the name of the company.
"From the proof of vehicle ownership it turns out that one of the companies in Bandung owns it. The evidence that we got is only online, meaning that it is only a soft copy and we want to make sure whether the TNKB is in accordance with that," he said.
