South Kalimantan Police Asks Puslabfor To Inspect The Burned Building Of HR Bureau

BANJARMASIN - South Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Inspector General Andi Rian R Djajadi asked the Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) of the Surabaya Branch of the Police Headquarters at the East Java Regional Police, to examine the burned building of the Human Resources Bureau (SDM) of the South Kalimantan Police.

"I have contacted Puslabfor, tomorrow a team will come to examine and process the crime scene to find out the origin of the fire and the cause of the fire," he said as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, January 25.

The action of providing a police line was already carried out after the fire was successfully extinguished.

According to Police Chief, the police line is important so that no one can enter the burned-out building area.

"We are afraid that the building will rot and collapse, so to prevent unwanted incidents I have ordered a police line first," explained the two-star general.

The two-story HR Bureau building is the oldest building in the South Kalimantan Police.

In addition to various documents, there are also inventory items and computer units for working personnel.

"Public services to the community are clearly not disrupted because the HR Bureau has more internal affairs, only the Dalpers Section is in charge of recruiting prospective members of the National Police to deal with the community," said the Police Chief.

It is known that the fire burned the two-story South Kalimantan Regional Police HR Bureau building on Wednesday night at around 21.45 WITA and was successfully extinguished at around 23.20 WITA.
