Rayhan Noorhas Expressed The Single Inevitable Implementation Process
JAKARTA - Singer Rayhan Noor revealed that his latest single, Mau Tak, was first written while on vacation in Ubud, Bali at the end of 2020 before finally inviting his colleague at the Magic Competition and the rock band MARTIALS/, Enrico Octaviano as co-producer.
"This song was understood for a long time. After writing it in December 2020, I didn't touch it at all until the middle of last year. Then I started to understand where I wanted to go from the writing and production side, so I invited Enrico," Rayhan said as quoted by Antara, Tuesday.
It was in the midst of a pandemic and I went there to find inspiration because it was quite stuck at home. This is one of the songs produced, "he added, who is known for his role as the vocalist of the pop group Lomba Sihir and also Colors, the mini album contains his duet with Agatha Piricilla.
Di samping Enrico, Mau Tak Mau Mau Mau juga menampilkan kontribusi dari Agatha Piricilla yang mengurah vokal serta mengisi vokal latar bersama Dennis Ferdinand, lalu Dimas Pradipta menambahkan sentuhan akhir di tahap mixing dan mastering.
This song has been released by Sun Eater to various digital music platforms in November last year. Through this song, Rayhan talks about dealing with the reality of things that must be done in order to live.
This song is about how things are not as easy as we thought, because we have to meet routines and all kinds. Even though we have done what we like, we actually have to do all that too," said Rayhan.

With Ragu? which was released last year, Want to be the initial sample of Rayhan Noor's upcoming first full solo album.
"The album is like a 10 year memoir from my age from 20 to 30. I just understood the twists and turns of life, and I don't want to that's one of the important moments," he said.
"Ragu? Incidentally, this is the first song from time I was in Ubud who was the most mature first, and I don't want it to be similar either. I want these songs to be in contrast to the previous single which was quite melancholic and not included in this album. This song is lighter in color," said Rayhan.
After Mau Tak Mau, there will be several more singles ahead of the album which is scheduled to be released in mid-2023.
