Continuation Of Brigadier J Case: Bripka RR, Bharada E, And Kuat Ma'ruf Will Meet

JAKARTA - The follow-up trial in the premeditated murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendants Ricky Rizal (Bripka RR), Richard Eliezer (Bharada E), and Kuat Ma'ruf was held today. It is planned that the three defendants will be tried simultaneously.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, said that whether or not the trial of the three defendants was combined or not was decided by the panel of judges.

"Later the panel of judges will decide," said Djuyamto to VOI, Monday, November 21.

If it is decided that the trials of the defendants will be unified, then it is recorded that the two times Ricky Rizal, Richard Eliezer, and Kuat Ma'ruf have met.

Meanwhile, it is known that the number of witnesses who will be presented is 10 people. They are all members of the Police.

The witnesses included the Head of the Provos Provam National Police's Gakum and Law Division Kombes Susanto Haris, South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit AKBP Ridwan Soflanit, South Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit 1 Head AKP Rifraizal Samuel, and South Jakarta Metro Police Crime Unit 1 Head Aipda Arsyad Daiva Gunawan.

Then, Aiptu Sullap Abo and Bripka Danu Fajar Subekti as members of the Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

For information, in this case, Ricky Rizal, Richard Elierzer, and Kuat Ma'ruf were charged with Article 340, a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1).
