Seven Countries Plan to Borrow Indonesian Armored Vehicles for Mobility During the G20 Summit
JAKARTA – The Indonesian G20 National Committee confirmed that several countries have applied for the use of Indonesian armored vehicles to support mobility during the High-Level Conference (KTT) in Bali this month.
Secretary of the Ministry of State Secretariat, Setya Utama, said the application had been received and processed by the committee so that it could be used at the peak of the event.
"We will facilitate seven countries requesting armored vehicles during the G20 summit later", he said when stating the media crew on Monday, November 7.
According to Setya, Indonesia has also received reports that several countries chose to bring bulletproof vehicles to secure the delegation and government leaders who were present in Bali.
"Meanwhile, there are five countries that want to bring their own armored vehicles", he said.

For information, the G20 Summit in Bali is the highlight of the event for the Indonesian Presidency in the Group of 20 for the 2022 period. The agenda for the heads of state/government will take place from 15 to 16 November.
