Still Have IDR 4.9 Billion Debt To Ancol For Formula E, Jakpro: The Funds Are Already Available
BOGOR - Business Director of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) Gunung Kartiko said his party already had the funds to replace the remaining IDR 4.9 billion debt to Ancol to hold Formula E.
"The funds are already there. They have been included in the financial statements," Gunung told reporters after a meeting of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Budget Board at the Grand Cempaka Resort, Bogor, West Java, Thursday night, November 3.
Gunung said that PT Jakpro's debt to Ancol was more than IDR 4.9 billion. Currently, Jakpro has paid the land rent debt and the profit sharing from the sale of race tickets. However, Gunung is reluctant to reveal the nominal debt that has been paid.
"The (debt) leaves IDR 4.9 billion and the others have been paid in August. I can show proof of the transfer. The nominal is in the cooperation agreement," said Gunung.
Meanwhile, the IDR 4.9 billion debt will be paid in the form of buildings. Now, Jakpro is appointing an implementing contractor. The target is that the construction work as debt repayment will be completed in December.
Gunung continued, what will be done later is the replacement of buildings affected by the construction of the Formula E circuit. Starting from the train station in Ancol, bicycle garage, nursery, and adding cat cages.
"The position is the one-on-one station where we have agreed with Ancol. Which route is it, we have agreed. What kind of nursery is it, we have agreed. We just have to build it. If the cat cage is not mandatory, it is an addition," explained Gunung.

Jakpro's debt to Ancol was initially disclosed by the Chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi. Prasetyo said Jakpro's debt to Ancol was IDR 20 billion.
Then, at the Budget Agency meeting, Gunung corrected Prasetyo's statement by mentioning that their debt was IDR 4.9 billion.
"For debt to Ancol, this may need to be corrected with data. So, to Ancol, we still have a debt of IDR 4.9 billion," he said.
