Latest Data on Victims of the Kanjuruhan Tragedy: 133 Dead, 537 Minor Injury, 50 Moderately Injured and 25 Seriously Injured
JAKARTA - The number of victims who died in the deadly tragedy at the Kanjuruhan Stadium in Malang has increased again. The current total is 133 people died.
The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division, Commissioner Nurul Azizah, said that the latest recorded death toll was Andi Setiawan (33). He breathed his last while undergoing treatment.
"He died while being treated at the Saiful Anwar Hospital (RSSA) in Malang", said Nurul when confirmed, Tuesday, October 18.
Meanwhile, there were no significant changes for the victims of minor, moderate, and severe injuries. Some of them are still in intensive care.
"The victims of minor injuries are 537 people, 50 people are moderately injured, and 25 people are seriously injured", she said.
"In Saiful Anwar Hospital seven victims, Kanjuruhan Hospital two victims", she continued.
When accumulated, the total number of victims of the deadly tragedy reached 781 people.

For information, in this case, the Police have named six suspects. They are the President Director of PT LIB, Akhmad Hadian Lukita, Chair of the Arema FC Panpel, Abdul Haris, and Arema Security Officer, Suko Sutrisno.
The other suspects are the Head of Ops of the Malang Police, Commissioner Wahyu Setyo Pranoto, the Head of Samapta of the Malang Police, AKP Bambang Sidik Achmadi, and the Commander of the Brimob Company of the East Java Police, AKP Hasdarman.
