Second Day In Maluku, Jokowi And Mrs. Iriana Meet Buffalo Farmers

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo and Mrs. Iriana are still in Maluku throughout the day. There are a number of agendas that make Jokowi have to go back and forth by plane.

Jokowi will start the activity by visiting Langgur Market, Southeast Maluku Regency, Thursday 15 September.

There, the President and Mrs. Iriana reviewed and provided social assistance (bansos) to the beneficiaries in the market.

After that, the President and a limited entourage will go directly to Karel Sadsuitubun Langgur Airport, Southeast Maluku Regency, to take off to Aru Islands Regency using the ATR 72-500 aircraft.

There, the President and Mrs. Iriana went straight to Jargaria Market to hand over social assistance to market traders and street vendors (PKL). In addition, the President will also distribute social assistance in the form of BLT BBM and basic necessities to beneficiaries at the Dobo Post Office.

The President and Mrs. Iriana will then return to Rar Gwamar Airport to take off to Jos Orno Imsula Airport, Southwest Maluku Regency. There, the President will go directly to the Kalwedo People's Market to again hand over social assistance to market traders and street vendors.

In addition to traders, the Head of State will also hand over social assistance in the form of BLT BBM and basic necessities to the beneficiary communities at the Tiakur Sub-Branch Post Office. Next, the President is scheduled to go to Werwaru Village to meet and have a dialogue with the buffalo farmers.

In the afternoon, the President and Mrs. Iriana will take off to Pattimura International Airport, Ambon City, and then take off back to Jakarta.
