JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 72,636 specimens were examined with the results of 2,340 new positive cases of COVID-19.

The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 1,900 recovered cases. Followed by West Java with an increase of 1,078 recovered cases, Banten with an additional 313 recovered cases, and East Java with an additional 309 recovered cases.
In addition, the number of specimens that have been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigens reached 107,081,078.
"Positive results per number of people examined or the positivity rate of people this week was 10.27 percent", it wrote.

The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or currently categorized as suspected cases is 3,427 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
To date, 203,433,374 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 171,111,977. people underwent a second dose of vaccination.
